Seafood 
You might come to this page expecting Sashimi (Raw Fish). Even in Japan, not many people slice fish and prepare sashimi at home. It is a very difficult process and needs to be treated almost immediately after being caught. So we usually buy Sashimi at the Fish market or Supermarket as it has already been prepared correctly for us.
So…Yumi will introduce a selection of popular cooked seafood meals enjoyed in Japan.
You can just take one or two classes, and also if you have another dish in your mind, please refer to Yumi.
