"Nabe" (Hot Pot Meals) and "Sukiyaki" helps us to stay physically and mentally warm in Winter. Nabe is well known as a family and 'close friends' dish and is considered as a special-party meal (like a Sunday roast with friends). Yumi will also show you how to create an additional meal from the soup stock after the main meal is eaten! Please note all the equipment is proper one, that is Yumi brought from Japan.

You can just take one or two classes, and also if you have another dish in your mind, please refer to Yumi.
