Basic Guide Class

In this class, Yumi will explain about Rice, and Japanese unique condiments, Miso, Dashi, Mirin and Sake. Firstly Yumi will show you how to prepare/cook fluffy Japanese style of rice. And you will cook Miso soup using dashi and Oyako Don (Chicken and Egg on rice) using dashi, Mirin and Sake.
