Rice

Rice is a key ingredient in Japanese Food. It is true to say most Japanese meals are accompanied with rice. We Japanese eat short grain rice and the Australian Medium Grain Rice is quite similar. Yumi will show you how to cook rice with a standard saucepan - it is slightly different than the instructions found on the package, but the outcome is so much better. Then, Yumi will show you how to arrange the cooked rice for different meals, such as Rice Ball (Onigiri), fried Rice, Sushi, etc.,
