Egg 
We Japanese use eggs in our meals, such as 'rolled egg' sushi. We use shredded egg crepes as a topping. Yumi will introduce a unique way to enjoy this high protein food.
You can just take one or two classes, and also if you have another dish in your mind, please refer to Yumi.
